What exercise do you perform? 貴方はどういう運動をしていますか

As my rutine, I do abs and some training ,plus nowadays push ups.

Previously, I could continue to train only three days.

But now, I have already done exercise everyday for more than a month.

It is suprising perfromance for me.

The reason why I can continue is that I started training with few effort.

At first day, I do only abs only three times, and gradually the number of times increased.

Our brain hate rapid changes, so we have to make our body get used to changes slowly.
